Archeo has become known for being the perfect restaurant to turn into an event space, holding nearly 250 of them a year! Executive Chef of Archeo and Distillery Events, Josh Dyer, offers his curated catering package in Archeo for events and an ultra local and seasonal Canadian-Italian al la carte menu when the restaurant is open to the public.
